In this episode of Yes Chef, Myffy heads to Sydney's buzzing new Greek taverna Olympus Dining where head chef Ozge Kalvo introduces her to kokoretsi. A popular dish in Turkey and Greece, kokoretsi is made using lamb offal and traditionally wrapped using intestines. At Olympus, Ozge brings together her version of kokoretsi - taking inspiration from her Turkish heritage, Olympus' Greek menu, she uses a combination of Australian lamb sweetbreads, liver and belly mince wrapped in caul fat.
